We don't have a strict minimum, but our work tends to make the most sense for stores with meaningful complexity—typically those doing $1M+ annually. If you're earlier stage, our insights and blog content can still be valuable. We're happy to have a brief conversation to see if there's a fit.
How quickly can you start?
Availability varies based on current commitments. We're typically booked 2-4 weeks out for new projects. For urgent situations, we can sometimes accommodate faster timelines. We'll give you an honest picture of timing during our initial conversation.
